Cookies are small text files that a site may store on the user's device. Beyond cookies, browsers also offer local storage technologies (such as localStorage or sessionStorage) that serve similar purposes. This policy expressly distinguishes between cookies in the strict sense and other storage or resource-loading technologies, so as not to describe as a "cookie" something that is not technically one.

Market Alliance does not set its own cookies on the market.alliance.org.mx domain. The site loads resources from three external providers: (1) Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com), for styling; (2) Font Awesome (cdn.jsdelivr.net), for iconography; (3) Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), for typefaces; and (4) axios (cdn.jsdelivr.net), for form requests. Directly checking these four resources found that none of them returned a response header setting cookies in this implementation. This verification corresponds to the test environment; the behavior of these providers may change and should be re-confirmed in production.

The site's code includes a prepared but inactive hook toward Google Analytics (gtag): interaction events (for example, viewing an opportunity or submitting a form) would only be sent to Google Analytics if that service were installed and loaded, which currently is not the case. As long as this integration remains inactive, no analytics cookies from Google or any other measurement provider are generated. If Google Analytics or a similar tool is activated in the future, this page must be updated before that activation to describe the specific cookies, their provider, purpose and duration.

This site does not currently display an "accept/reject cookies" notice or banner because it does not set its own non-essential cookies that would require such consent. If a non-essential technology requiring consent (for example, analytics or advertising) is activated in the future, it will not be turned on before a functional consent mechanism consistent with this document is in place, and this policy will be updated accordingly before that activation.

In the meantime, you can manage any cookie that the external providers mentioned above might set as part of their own operation directly from your browser settings.

This Cookie Policy may be updated as the technologies used by the site or applicable regulations change. The last-updated date is shown at the bottom of this page.
