Market Alliance is operated by ALIANZA DE PETROLEO GAS Y ENERGIA SAPI DE CV (RFC: APG1806134W3), with registered address at Bismarck 35-A, Colonia Moderna, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03510, Ciudad de México, México, the entity responsible for processing your personal data under this Privacy Notice.

Through the Market Alliance forms (Contact, BUY, SOURCE, SELL, REPRESENT) we may request: name, company, email, phone, country, and the business information you choose to share about your interest, product or request. We do not request, and you should not send in the initial contact, sensitive information such as identity documents, bank statements or banking details.

The data you provide through Market Alliance is used solely for the following purposes: (1) handling general inquiries and contact requests; (2) evaluating sourcing/supply requirements (SOURCE); (3) evaluating requests to commercialize products, equipment or assets (SELL); (4) evaluating applications to participate as a commercial representative (REPRESENT); and (5) commercial follow-up on your request, including, where applicable, coordination of the due diligence processes described in the Commercial Legal Disclaimer.

Market Alliance does not organize events, sell tickets or process online payments; accordingly, your data is not used for such purposes. We do not use your data for purposes other than those described here without your express consent.

Responding to your inquiry or commercial request does not automatically enroll you in promotional or marketing communications; any communication beyond following up on your request will require your express, separate consent.

Your data may be shared internally within the ALLIANCE ecosystem (for example, with the commercial team for the specific opportunity you contacted) solely to follow up on your request. We do not sell personal data to third parties. In sourcing, sale or representation processes, it may be necessary to share information with the relevant commercial counterpart (buyer, supplier or operator), always limited to what is necessary to advance the request and, when required, with prior notice to you.

Market Alliance is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages/Workers and the Cloudflare D1 database), which acts as a technology infrastructure and storage provider. There is currently no active automated integration with an external CRM system; your request is stored in that database and reviewed manually by the ALLIANCE team.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to its processing, or to revoke any consent you may have granted (ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation, opposition), under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

To exercise these rights, send your request to hola@alliance.org.mx including: (i) your name and contact details; (ii) documents evidencing your identity or, if applicable, your legal representation of the data subject; (iii) a clear description of the personal data for which you request to exercise an ARCO right; and (iv) any element that helps locate your data.

Accrediting identity or legal representation is a later, separate procedure from the initial commercial contact made through the Contact, SOURCE, SELL or REPRESENT forms; those forms do not request or require official identification documents, which are only requested, when necessary, to process an ARCO request under this section.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt, a period that may be extended once for an equal period when the circumstances of the case justify it. If the request is granted, we will make it effective within the 15 business days following the date on which we communicate our response.

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share through our forms. However, for security reasons, we ask that you do not send sensitive documentation (identification, bank statements, banking details) in the initial contact, as noted on each form.

Market Alliance uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies, mainly associated with the external providers that make the site function (for example, stylesheets and fonts loaded from content delivery networks). The detail of these technologies, their purpose and their actual activation status is described in the Cookie Policy, a document separate from this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice may be updated as ALLIANCE completes pending corporate and legal information, or as our data-processing practices change. The last-updated date is shown at the bottom of this page.
