Terms of Use

By accessing and using Market Alliance, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

Market Alliance is a discovery, categorization and commercial distribution space for industrial opportunities operated by ALLIANCE; it is not an online store or automated purchasing system, and it does not process payments or transactions directly. Access to each opportunity's individual landing page (for example, eperforacion.alliance.org.mx, rig3000.alliance.org.mx or dp2.alliance.org.mx) is additionally governed by the terms and legal notices published on those pages. Those landing pages are part of the ALLIANCE ecosystem; whenever Market Alliance links to a site operated by a third party outside ALLIANCE, this will be expressly indicated, without automatically presuming that every external page is unrelated to the ecosystem.

Submitting a Contact, SOURCE, SELL or REPRESENT form starts an evaluation by ALLIANCE, but does not by itself constitute acceptance, reservation, representation, exclusivity, agency, partnership, commission rights or any contractual obligation. Each opportunity may have a different commercial model (sale, lease, supply, distribution, concession or others); the final terms of any transaction will only be set out in the corresponding written agreements.

You agree to provide truthful information on the contact, sourcing, sale or representation forms, to use the platform for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to compromise the security of the site or its forms. Submitting false information or misusing the platform may result in suspension of access or of the evaluation of your request.

The content of Market Alliance (text, design, ALLIANCE brands and logos) is owned by ALLIANCE or used with corresponding authorization, and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Photographs, specifications and other technical information for each opportunity may belong to third parties (owners, manufacturers or representatives), as noted in the Commercial Legal Disclaimer.

Market Alliance may link both to landing pages that are part of the ALLIANCE ecosystem (for example, eperforacion.alliance.org.mx, rig3000.alliance.org.mx or dp2.alliance.org.mx) and, where applicable, to sites operated by third parties unrelated to ALLIANCE. Whenever a link leads to a site operated by a third party, this will be expressly indicated; ALLIANCE does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of such third-party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALLIANCE will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or the information published on it. Specific limits and exclusions of liability for each opportunity are described in the Commercial Legal Disclaimer and on the corresponding landing page.

These Terms of Use, relating exclusively to access to and use of the Market Alliance platform, are governed, when legally applicable, by the federal laws of the United Mexican States, with users submitting to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad de México, México, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.

This clause refers solely to the use of the Market Alliance platform as a discovery, categorization and commercial-distribution space for opportunities. It does not mean that Mexican law or the jurisdiction of the courts of Ciudad de México automatically applies to sales, supply operations (SOURCE), commercial representation (SELL/REPRESENT) or other international operations arising from use of the platform; each such operation will be governed by its own definitive contract, which may provide for a different governing law and jurisdiction as agreed by the parties.

ALLIANCE may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves or as pending legal information is completed. The last-updated date is shown at the bottom of this page.
